ROOM TARIFF : Our tariff rates are very much affordable and hold good for all seasons with no hiked rates for peak season. Since the accommodation is a residence, bedrooms of different sizes are available. Tariff details would be provided on receipt of your e-mail. Advance booking is to be done by e-mail only. In order to confirm your booking of the room kindly send us 50% of the room tariff as applicable for the duration of stay. Payment can be effected by sending Demand Draft in favour of "Mr. K.P.Tomy" (who is the owner), payable at bank in Cochin, India. For a long stay of more than three months, a special concession will be allowed. On receipt of your advance amount for a stay of more than one week, our representative will receive you at Cochin Airport/Railway Station and escort you to TOM VILLA. The fare for the taxi service shall be borne by the guest.
